Most people prepare
for the talk.
We prepare you for
what happens after.
Because this isn't a delivery issue. It's a strategy issue.
You're not losing the room
because you're unclear.
You're losing it because you optimised the wrong thing.
You prepared the content. You built the deck. You ran it through twice the night before. The room was polite. Some people nodded. A few said it was interesting.
And then the decision didn't move.
That's not a delivery problem. It's not a confidence problem. It's not a "you need more charisma" problem. It's a strategy problem.
You were solving for the talk. You should have been solving for the outcome — and everything that needs to be true before the talk begins.
That's the gap. And it's why capable, well-prepared people in important rooms keep walking out empty-handed.
Strategic Speaking is not a presentation framework.
It is not about becoming more polished.
It is about designing communication around a specific outcome — starting before you say a word and running through everything that happens after.
The talk is not the strategy. The talk is one piece of a larger system. Strategic Speaking teaches you to design the whole thing.
That includes what needs to be true before you walk into the room. Who needs to be there. What they need to believe, feel, and understand. The structure of what you say. The moment of the ask. And what happens after the moment ends.
This is what separates people who communicate from people who create movement.
Leaders and experts
whose words need to move things.
This is for two types of people.
- Senior leaders and executives navigating high-stakes communication — a board presentation, a stalled stakeholder conversation, a room where alignment keeps sliding away. You communicate well and you know something is still missing.
- Coaches, consultants, and founders whose credibility depends on how they show up when it counts. You have one chance to shift a room, a client, or a decision. The method matters.
- Professionals who are already good communicators — and know something is still missing.
If you're here to become a better speaker in general, there are excellent programmes for that. Strategic Speaking is for people with a specific, high-stakes situation they need to move.
Three elements.
Two days.
Most communication problems are actually three separate problems being treated as one. Strategic Speaking addresses all three — in sequence, applied to a situation you are actually navigating right now.
01
The work before the roomStrategy
What outcome you are designing for. What the right people need to believe before you speak. What conditions you can create — and what you cannot control. This happens before you build anything.
02
What you buildCraft
The message architecture. The sequence of ideas. The moment of the ask. The follow-through after the room ends. Most people call this "the talk." It is one piece of a larger design.
03
How you deliver itPerformance
Presence, precision, pacing. The ability to read a room in real time and adapt without losing the thread. Most communication training only teaches this. Strategic Speaking teaches all three.
Day one gives you the system.
Day two puts you inside it.

Common questions
Yes — because the fix is structural. Preparing harder is a response to a symptom. Strategic Speaking addresses the cause: you were never given a system for designing a communication moment around an outcome. Once you have it and practise it against a real situation with expert feedback, the pattern breaks.
Most training teaches delivery. Strategic Speaking teaches strategy, craft, and performance — in sequence, applied to a real situation you are navigating right now. The cohort is also cross-company, so the feedback you receive is more honest and more useful than what you get inside your own organisation.
Day One is a complete, standalone experience — not a preview of Day Two. You leave with the full Strategic Speaking system and a new way of thinking about every important communication you have. Choose Day One if you want the strategy system. Choose the Full Experience if you want strategy, coached performance, and a filmed final delivery.

This is the only Basel cohort before end of year. If you have something high-stakes coming in the next six to eight weeks, May is timed well. If May genuinely does not work, reach out — we will add you to the notification list for the next cohort.
