Adaptive leadership is at the core of my work – whether it’s with an individual, team, or an entire organization. It’s developing the ability to handle uncertainty, complexity, and change in the real world. This ability underlies all other expressions of leadership, including making decisions, thinking strategically, influencing, and enabling people to succeed.

Trainings are good for skill development for a group. However, to create a deeper transformation in how leaders think, act, and make sense of their experiences, I always recommend combining learning and reflection experiences spread over a period of time and combined with individual and group coaching.

I will help you identify what your organization needs from each of its leaders and how leaders can rise to those challenges together. We will work in both directions, integrating cohort-based in-person or virtual programs such as Crucial Conversations, Influencer, Power of Habit, and Crucial Accountability with group and personal coaching.

Team Development:

Creating a new operating pattern in any team is an iterative, intentional process that requires consistent reinforcement. My strength is to help teams to achieve the level of relational health that will re-engage each team member to offer their best at work.

At the heart of my Organizational Development (OD) work is a fundamental belief that organizations can move into peak performance and engage their teams at the same time if they are intentional about it. The current push-push-push model of performance that confuses busyness with productivity stifles our creativity at every turn and is no longer fit for purpose. My OD work focuses on supporting leaders to create cultures of Abundance through relevant interventions.
