What is Make the Stage?

Make the Stage (MTS) is a 7-week high-impact “Leadership development through Public Speaking” program specifically designed to propel you and your career to new heights and new stages.

Drawing from my experience of over 25 years leading and teaching globally, I've identified the essential knowledge, skills and mindsets that lie at the intersection of speaking and leadership. And these insights are the foundation of the Make the Stage journey.

If you want to change minds and hearts it's as much about your inner game as it is about the words you say and how you say them.

Hence I have chosen a group coaching format, where you not only get to practise the skills you are learning and get expert feedback from me but also from your fellow leaders giving you a powerful 360 degrees view that accelerates your transformation.

    • Ethos, pathos, logos: Master the persuasive techniques of appealing to credibility (ethos), emotions (pathos), and logic (logos) to influence your audience on a deeper level.

    • Persuasion Skills: Dive deeper into 6 persuasion skills and learn how to apply them ethically to influence and persuade your audience.

    • Emotional Resonance: Learn how to enhance your narrative and make it resonate on a deeper level with your audience to inspire them to take action.

  • IV. Power of Presence

    • Body language: Learn how to use non-verbal cues such as posture, gestures, and facial expressions to convey confidence and authenticity

    • Eye Contact: Learn how to use eye contact to build rapport, demonstrate sincerity, and maintain the attention of your listeners.

    • Voice and Diction: Develop your vocal skills, including intonation, projection, and articulation, to effectively deliver your message with clarity, impact, and professionalism.

    • Managing Stage Anxiety: Familiarize with a mental model to reframe stage anxiety and choose from a variety of techniques to address physical and mental anxiety

    • Stage management: Manage stage presence (in person and virtual) and learn how to effectively utilize the stage to enhance your message and engage your audience

    • Executive Presence: Learn how to balance passion and poise, outer projection and inner confidence.

    • Authenticity and self-expression: Learn how to tap into your authentic self, unleash your uniqueness, and express your ideas with conviction and passion.

    • How to be Charismatic: Yes, that charisma is innate is a myth. Lets decode what charisma actually means and how we can become more charismatic presenters and speakers

Who teaches Make the Stage?

Make the Stage is led by Shivangi Walke, TEDx Speaker, Executive Coach and Leadership Master trainer. Shivangi has trained, and coached leaders and leadership teams in over 40 countries for organizations like Google, Airbus, Johnson & Johnson, Novartis, Syngenta, Roche, and Pfizer. She has inspired thousands of people globally through her non-profit Thrive with Mentoring and through her keynotes and speeches, most recently at TEDx Basel, Switzerland.

What you’ll learn in MTS is based on over 25 years of leading, training and coaching experience, not theory.
