  • Focus: Prompts to develop confidence and initial pitch structure (e.g., founder introduction, vision, problem-solution).

    Outcome: Record and share short videos, receive peer feedback.

  • Focus: Positioning yourself as a thought leader while staying authentic; using framing techniques to shape audience perception.

    Outcome: Develop key positioning statements and test them with your peer group.

  • Focus: Incorporate influence stories, validation from early traction or customers.

    Outcome: Record videos, share feedback in the group.


Phase 2

  • Focus: Persuasion strategies (ethos, pathos, logos) and building emotional resonance.

    Outcome: Integrate persuasive elements into pitches.

  • Focus: Addressing objections, call to action, and engaging different audiences (investors, customers, partners, media).

    Outcome: Practice with peers, refine based on feedback.

  • Focus: Mastering body language, eye contact, and vocal delivery - focused on for startup events, panels, and investor pitches.

    Outcome: Practice on-camera presence and feedback.

  • Focus: Handling nerves, managing Q&A sessions, digital stage management.

    Outcome: Develop a personal anxiety management plan and rehearsal routine.

  • Focus: Creating impactful closings, calls to action, and seamless transitions in founder presentations.

    Outcome: Rehearsal and sharing videos for feedback.

  • Focus: Integrating all learnings into a compelling 7-minute founder pitch for Demo Day, investor meetings, or media.
