A hybrid speaking intensive

A strong message is not enough. The room has to feel it.

Make the Stage is an in-person-led intensive for leaders, experts, and founders who want to sound as credible, clear, and compelling as the work behind them. You leave having delivered the talk, not merely planned it.

Two online working sessions · Five-hour in-person lab in Baden · One real talk

Make the Stage focuses on how you deliver it.

Impact

We work with your voice, pace, pauses, eye contact, physical presence, movement, and ability to stay connected under pressure. The aim is not to make you look like a speaker. It is to help the room experience your authority more fully.

You already know what to say.
This is about
how the room experiences it.

We work with your voice, pace, pauses, eye contact, physical presence, and ability to stay connected under pressure, not to reshape your message, but to make it land.

Explaining → Influencing

Memorising → Owning the message

Speaking at people → Creating connection

Filling every silence → Using pause and pace

Performing confidence → Grounded authority

Prepare with intention. Practise in the room. Deliver with impact.

Two focused online sessions prepare your talk and your delivery. The five-hour in-person lab is where you test it in the room, receive precise feedback and speak again.

ONLINE SESSION ONE · 90 MINUTES

Define what must land

We establish the speaking moment you are preparing for and the response you want to create in the room.

You will:

  • Clarify the audience, context, and stakes

  • Select the talk or presentation you will develop

  • Identify the central idea that must land

  • Diagnose your current delivery habits

  • Set your individual speaking priorities

You leave with: a clear focus for your talk and a personal development brief.

ONLINE SESSION TWO · 90 MINUTES

Prepare how you will deliver it

You deliver an initial version and begin testing the choices that will shape how the audience experiences you.

You will:

  • Test your opening and key moments

  • Work on pace, pause, emphasis and vocal energy

  • Identify where the delivery loses clarity or connection

  • Refine wording where it affects performance

  • Prepare a focused rehearsal plan for Baden

You leave with: a working version of your talk and clear delivery choices to practise.

IN-PERSON LAB · BADEN · 13:00–18:00

Make it live in the room

This is the heart of Make the Stage.

You will speak, receive feedback, make a deliberate adjustment and speak again.

We work on:

  • Voice, pace, pause and emphasis

  • Physical presence, movement and stillness

  • Eye contact and audience connection

  • Openings, endings and moments that must land

  • Managing nerves and recovering when something shifts

  • Repeated rehearsal with individual coaching

  • A final complete delivery

You leave with: one real talk rehearsed in the room and a much clearer understanding of what strengthens your delivery.

"I still can’t believe I did it. When I walked on stage, I was nervous, but I left proud, even elated, because the words flowed and I delivered with authenticity. This experience showed me something important: when I prepare, I can truly shine. The partner feedback, the 2-minute practice rounds, and Shivangi’s coaching built my confidence step by step. Nine months later, every time I step up to speak, I still carry the confidence and presence I built through the programme.”
